Continuing or new pain after spine surgery due to scar tissue, adjacent-segment disease, hardware issues or unrealized diagnoses.
Symptoms
- Axial or radicular pain > 6 months post-surgery
- Neuropathic features
- Functional decline

- Adhesiolysis (epidurolysis) with targeted steroid delivery
- Spinal cord or dorsal root ganglion stimulation (SCS/DRG)
- Intrathecal pain pump for mixed nociceptive/neuropathic pain
